Constructivism 1921-1932

Constructivism Was primarily an art and architectural movement, the designs discarded the idea of art for art's sake
Constructivism started in Russia in the 20th century, it began to evolve while Bolsheviks came into power during October's revolution of 1917, it was the last and most influential modern art movement for Russia.
Initially it started as a starting point for artists who supported the revolution's goal

This movement brought in inspiration from Cubism, Suprematism and Futurism on the other hand it brought this new approach to products & design , moving away from all traditional crafts and instead replacing traditional with constructive, the constructivists were drawn to this movement with great respect for the machine together with technical construction.

Constructivism was looking at the technical modern perspective of materials, they hoped for a conclusion that would perfect mass production

Objects were created for the ideal beauty, or how the artist perceives it, or a perception of the world  .
Another aim of constructivist art was to demonstrate how materials behave
